Being the first Official Spin® Center in the area, and the only Center in the area to follow the true Spinning® guidelines, we are excited to offer you the “original name in indoor cycling”. “This exciting athletic training program utilizes motivation, mental training techniques and the most thoroughly tested cycling and instructional techniques available.” The Spinning® program welcomes participants of all fitness levels, “from beginners to skilled athletes”.
Yoga
Wednesdays ~ 7:00pm
Achieve balance, harmony and peace of mind with Yoga at Studio 6. With such physical benefits as increased flexibility and muscle tone, and mental benefits such as calmness, stress reduction and overall body awareness, Yoga should truly become an indispensable part of your life.
Zumba
Mondays 6:30pm
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. JOIN THE PARTY!
Zumba® Toning
Wednesdays 6:15 pm
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Change the way you train! This 40 min group class will focus on Suspension Training bodyweight exercise to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
